Answer : Yes, you can use any kind of light source, including lights you already have, as well as speakers or vents, with the Stretch Ceiling System.
Question : What do they use to make Stretch Ceilings?
Answer : They use special PVC film from Germany, France, and Holland.
Question : What protection do I get with »OneStretchCeiling » ?
Answer : All « OneStretchCeiling » come with a 10-year welding guarantee. You also get a limited guarantee on any recessed PVC rings or platforms that hold items like lights, vents, and detectors. But if these rings get damaged, it’s not « OneStretchCeiling » ‘s responsibility.
Please don’t touch or change the PVC rings. They’re supposed to keep the ceiling in shape and glued in place. You can contact Christian if you have any questions.
Question : How can I pay?
Answer : You can pay with cash, money order, Zelle or bank transfer, or a certified bank check. Personal checks are not accepted. To create your Stretch Ceiling Membrane, we require a 50% initial payment. The ceiling will only be made to fit your room specifically. The remaining amount is due on the day of completion.

Answer : Yes. The more stuff in the room, the harder it is to install. So, take out anything fragile, valuable, or that can melt during the heat installation.

Answer : No, you don’t need to do anything before installing a stretch ceiling. Removing the popcorn is not necessary and there won’t be any mess involved. The process is simple and doesn’t require scraping or leveling the existing surface.
